Cactus Property Services is a full service maintenance company and it is our business to watch over your home when you are not home.

While you are out-of-town we will inspect your home by examining the exterior and interior of the home. We have developed a comprehensive check list and each item will be reviewed.

As a maintenance company we know what can go wrong and the damage that can occur if certain issues are not resolved in a timely fashion. During your absence we are watching your seasonal home, you will not need to worry. After each inspection, Cactus Property Services will email you the detailed check list.
  
Below is a list of the items we will inspect on a regular basis. 

Exterior Items: Irrigation valves, clocks and lines, pool equipment and filters, window and door seals, air conditioning units, hose bibs, lights, and gas lines and remove items left at the front door.

Interior Items: All faucets will be checked for leaks, toilets, water valves, window locks, gas lines, door locks, water heater, drain lines, run water to keep traps filled, washing machine hoses, visual inspection of walls and ceilings for leaks, inspect refrigerators/freezers, security systems, inspect for pests and insects and check for mold and other items.

Cactus Property Services will also inspect the quality of work provided by other vendors such as the pool cleaning company and maid services.

When you return home to Phoenix, Cactus Property Services can provide a turn down service. We will turn on all the water supplies, turn on the water heater, start of the kitchen appliances, open shutters, and turn down the A/C or heat. We can restock the refrigerator with the basic grocery items.

Cactus Property Services offers three basic levels of service: Once a week, twice a week or weekly visits. We can even customize a service to best fit your needs. Call us for additional information on how we can make you sleep easy at night while we watch over your home.
