Property Services provides janitorial services to
Condominiums Communities and Homeowner Associations. Our
services include general cleaning, pool areas, ramadas,
community clubhouses, building entrances and walkways,
elevators, mailbox areas and much more. We customize our
services to meet the individual needs of our clients.
We are licensed, bonded and insured. We also provide general
maintenance to our communities such as: electrical, welding,
painting, stucco and block repair and much more.
Cactus Property Services cleans all types of gym
equipment. During regularly scheduled visits, the equipment
is wiped down with disinfectant spray to sterilize the
equipment for the next homeowner's use. The mirrors are
cleaned, carpet vacuumed, trashcans emptied, wall faceplates
cleaned and paper towel dispensers are checked.
Cactus Property Services will straighten the clubhouse
furniture, vacuum the carpet, mop the tile floor and dust
all the pictures. The kitchen area will be tended to as
well. The counters will be disinfected, the cabinet doors
will be cleaned and the floors will be mopped. All trash
cans will be inspected and emptied.
The pool deck will be hosed off to remove any dirt, debris
from trees and bird droppings. The furniture will be properly
arranged to promote a resort type atmosphere. All trashcans
and ashtrays will be inspected and cleaned. Community
BBQ grills will be scraped and cleaned during each visit.
The community restrooms will be tended to as well.
